| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
The System Analyst / Documentation Manager(s) shall possess the following qualifications:
• university degree(s) in information systems;
• certification on the Consultant’s formal system analysis method and/or formal systems analysis tool;
• minimum 7 years experience in systems analysis;
• demonstrated successful experience in the analysis and documentation of complex, multi-agency, multi-site information systems, including operational systems and management systems;
• ability to speak, write and read Romanian fluently;
• ability to speak, write and read English fluently.
It is preferred that the System Analyst / Documentation Manager (s) have:
• demonstrated successful experience successful experience in the analysis and documentation of judicial information systems |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
World Bank project in Romania entitled ''Judicial Reform'' (Title of consulting services: Consulting services for high level sistems analysis, detailed action planning and procurement support). The overall objective of the assignment is a well-specified set of functional, technical and implementatin requirements for an RMS (Resource Management System) for the judicial system.
The intended commencement date is on or about December 2006 and conclude on or about February 2008. |
