Good PC skills is a must and knowledge of International Reservation Software/equipment (Amadeus, Excalibur etc.) is an asset. | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Handling incoming calls from the international or domestic markets either directly or through the International Hertz Reservation System and converting the maximum number of these calls and enquiries into sales.
2. Offer respectively sell Hertz products and services where appropriate, to ensure that an increasing number of customers become aware of and enrole in Hertz loyalty programs.
3. Achieve performance targets (sales, call-handling and quality) set by the Management.
4. Communicate to Reservations Supervisor all relevant customer feedback, particularly in the areas of pricing, products and services, in order to facilitate on-going improvements of our services and price structures as well as of our Reservations Centre.
5. Track all requests and provide the customer with a timely and efficient response.
6. Increase profitability by achieving sales/ call targets.
7. Working as part of a team, to ensure that all customers receive a high quality service.
8. Provide customer services
9. Dealing with customer complaints in a professional manner to reinforce the positive image of Hertz.
10. Return customer calls (no call lost): confirmation of car availability
11. Tutoring new Reservation Agents to assist in the on-the-job training of new team members.
12. General administrative tasks as assigned by the Reservations Supervisor.
