| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Requirements:
• Experince in supporting Sr. Management in day to day tasks including, admin work, setting up appointments, preparing marketing material, answering calls.
• Must have excellent English (verbal and writen) communication skills.
• Energetic personality. Self motivated. Likes to work in fast environment.
• College or University degree.
• Expert knowledge of MS-Office, Internet.
• Autonomy, initiative, sense of responsibility and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written, with colleagues and clients.
• Previous reception experience an asset.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
POSITION: Office Administrator, Executive Assistant
• Manages complex calendar; organizes travel arrangements, appointments & events.
• Receives & refers mail, phone/e-mail inquiries;
• Communicates with customers/partners; answers questions to inquiries and/or direct them to the appropriate person in charge;
• Translates and types different internal documents, reports, tables, memos;
• Develops potential clients data bases;
• Internet research;
• Participate in Marketing and PR projects;
