Financial Controller

- University degree, with focus on finance and accounting
- Full understanding of multi-dimensional information systems concepts
- Very good knowledge of IFRS and RAS
- Relevant working experience in a similar position, ideally for a portfolio company, being in touch with fast transformation processes
- Business minded, with an analytical and structural way of thinking, able to understand the business in pharmaceutical market
- English - advanced level

- To prepare the budget according to the planning schedule at business segment level, for all foreign and local business units included in that segment, in the form of P&L, BS, CFS (in close cooperation with the business unit managers). This function also includes the task to follow up the cash flow’s budget execution and capital allocation among projects.
- To participate actively to major cross-department projects (business plans, due diligence activities for target companies, design and implementation for different business tools)
- To prepare monthly follow-up reports. It is required to analyze management relevant information within the business unit (actual vs. budget deviations) and to prepare a detailed report for every business unit.
- To supervise managerial accounting in order to ensure proper classification of transactions according to the profit/cost centers.
- To participate at development of this function and also to the necessary documentation (budgeting book, internal procedures, etc.).
