CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• University degree, preferably Law
• Minimum two years of relevant experience in HR administration and/or salary calculation
• Good knowledge of Romanian fiscal and delegation legislation
• Fluent in spoken and written English, French is a plus
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal customers
• Extremely organised and systematic person
• Ability to evaluate multiple highly detailed tasks, determine priorities and organize work in a manner that allows for timely completion of projects
• Ability to manage sensitive employee information in a confidential manner
• Knowledge of computer applications and the ability to accurately perform tasks in some or all of the following applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Manages the expatriates’ mobility contracts (foreigners and Romanians)
• Is responsible for calculation of financial benefits for Romanian expatriates
• Applies Alcatel Group’s mobility policy
• Ensures the relationship with mobility supervisors from Alcatel Group
• Maintains relationship with embassies and consulates
• Provides documents for work permits and expatriation files.
