Web designer

We are looking for a talented web designer with the following skills:

- XHTML / CSS / jQuery (OOCSS - Object Orientated CSS would be a plus)
- UI (User Interface) and GUI (Graphical User Interface) know-how
- Cross-browser HTML/CSS/JavaScript differences know-how (IE6+, Firefox 2.0+) - standards compliance
- Accessibility and usability for Web based applications
- Ability to build working examples (HTML /w CSS) from UI/GUI
- Good understanding of typography
- Passionate about website and web application design
- Passionate about simplicity in web applications
- Basic Knowledge about the software development process
- Excellent English
- Ambitious and self-driven
- Pro-active and detail-oriented

Nice to Have:

JSP, JSF/Rich Faces
XML Experience: Knowledge of DTDs, Schemas, XSLT
Java technology knowledge
SQL , Experience with JDBC

You will work in a team of developers and system architects in the Application Management department(AM).
The main responsibilities are:
Analyzing user requirements;
Researching, designing and writing new software programs;
Testing new programs and fault finding;
Developing existing programs by analyzing and identifying areas for modification;
Investigating new technologies;
Creating technical specifications and test plans;
Consulting clients/colleagues concerning the maintenance and performance of software systems and asking questions to obtain information, clarify details and implement information;
Defining usability cases with the team and support usability efforts throughout the standard development cycle
