| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Design, administration and/or support experience with Microsoft Unified Communications products such as: Office Live Meeting (OLM), Office Live Communications Server (LCS) 2003 or 2005, Office Communication Server (OCS) 2007 or 2007R2, LYNC
Knowledge of Microsoft Unified Communication concepts like Voice over IP (VoIP), signaling and real time protocols (SIP, RTP), performance tuning and hardware design
Background of working with Windows Server 2003 or 2008/2008R2, including IIS6 or IIS7 and Microsoft SQL
Knowledge of Active Directory and TCP/IP Networking, DNS
Familiar with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Encryption
Familiar with troubleshooting methods such as network tracing
Knowledge of other VoIP systems/software/hardware e.g. CISCO Call Manager (CUCM), Audiocodes, AVAYA, Polycom, AASTRA, Dialogic
Microsoft Certifications such as: MCP, MCSE, MCITP are a plus | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Using broad and in-depth product knowledge provide and facilitate the responsive delivery of technical solutions and information to major customers;
Provide solutions to complex problems that satisfy our German speaking customer base. This involves dealing with difficult situations including complaint handling, sensitive customers and mission critical support;
Build customer and partner loyalty through customer orientation, responsiveness and accountability;
Work in an international environment and collaborate with your team to provide high-level support;
