- Knowledge / experience of HP OSS tools like Service Manager, Service Desk, Operations Manager, uCMDB, BAC/BSM, Performance Insight, NNM, TeMIP, Service Activator or similar tools from the market.
- Knowledge / experience of Telecom architecture and/or technologies: SDH, ATM, DWDM, IP/MPLS, Radio, GSM basics, 3G/4G (UMTS, LTE, WiMax)
- German, French or other European language besides of English |
