| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
University Degree in Marketing Field or Social Science
Proficient in English – writing and speaking
Advanced PC skills (Power Point, Excel, data base mgmt, etc)
Self-motivated and ability to excel with minimum supervision.
Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize multiple responsibilities
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Detail oriented to ensure tasks are accurately completed
Ability to work in a team
Ability to deliver effective presentations
Motivated to influence others to get involved in fundraising initiatives.
Previous sales, marketing, customer service, or non-profit experience is an advantage.
Christian commitment.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Part time - 4 hours/days; Located in: Craiova, Cluj-Napoca, Ramnicu-Valcea; determinate period of time - 6 months
Main Responsibilities:
1.Develop and implement Fund Raising plans for ADP according to NO strategy. Design, implement and monitor local fundraising campaigns. Meet required targets (financial and non-financial).
2.Identifies and develop relationships with local corporate and individual donors, develop donor retention and cultivation plans according to NO strategy
3.Research, analyze, and set up new partnerships with local potential corporate and individual donors.
4.Generate increased income from existing sources
5.Develop materials (newsletters, Internet updates, brochures and magazine) at local level to support donor retention.
6.Find ways in which donors and prospective donors can experience the significance of making a difference in the lives of others and make contributions to WVR.
7.Liaise with relevant PR companies, internet, marketing agencies for specific projects
8.Develop good relationship with local PR and marketing companies, provide feedback and make adjustments during project implementation.
9.Attract PR, marketing companies in order to benefit of pro-bono services.
10.Become an active participant in the NGO and marketing community in ADP area.
11.Pursue an understanding of best fundraising practices from a variety of sources.
12.Study WV Partnership practices, national and international NGO’s and other relevant sources. Continually improve her/his knowledge in the area.
