Service Desk Analyst Level II

We are looking for experienced candidates and exceptional graduates to join our team as an IT Support Analyst.

You should have a good degree and an interest in pursuing a career in IT and systems support. A good communicator with excellent English skills. A flexible approach and good problem solving skills is what we are looking for.

Experience & Qualifications Required:
• Degree and exposure/interest in IT systems
• Excellent English language skills, written and spoken
• Excellent MS Office skills: Excel, Word, Powerpoint

Optional:
• Good Spanish and/or German skills are a plus

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

The role combines systems support, data management and customer support skills to our clients whilst contributing to the work of our managed application support team. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Communicating with European client staff and client suppliers in a professional manner
Supporting users of the system by email, and phone/VOIP
Providing systems support and resolution of tickets
Creating process design documents
Assisting with systems testing of new functionality
Assist team members with preparing management reports
Data management and production of files
