Sales Director Cambodia

- Focused and aggressive, yet socially responsible salesperson;
- Innovative and flexible, capable of achieving results in an environment of cultural contrasts;
- Holding a university degree;
- Fluent in English and willing to pick up the local language;
- A background in sales - minimum 3 years with a demonstrated success record;
- Experience abroad and/or in the financial sector would be a strong advantage;
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, particularly when dealing with national staff and multi-cultural teams;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Driving license

- Developing the network of offices, recruitment, training and motivation of sales and sales management personnel;
- Makes the strategic sales and development plan and takes part in the accompanying budgeting activities;
- Developing Goals and Key Performance Indicators for all sales staff;
- Tracks and monitors the achievement of sales and collection goals of the branch network according to the budget;
- Manages and controls the whole sales structure of the company;
- Takes part in conducting the market research and developing the marketing strategy of the company, organizes and controls the marketing activities in the company;
- Takes part in developing procedures for the operation of the branch structure of the company;
- Responsible for achieving the strategic objectives of the company in terms of profitability and efficiency;
- Works closely and reports to Country Manager.
