CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

• 4 years experience in a similar position
• Advanced networking protocols knowledge – CCNP certification is a major plus
• Advanced skills for securing and managing network infrastructures
• Red Hat Linux administration and services
• Windows family of operating systems (Professional, Server)
• Windows domain services (DNS, Active Directory, ISA, etc.).
• General Hardware installation and troubleshooting.
• Email subsystems and protocols (SMTP, IMAP, POP)
• Basic telecommunications concepts and protocols (SIP, H323, etc.)
• Entreprise applications and services (Symantec Antivirus Suite, Veritas Backup Exec, Postfix MTA, Apache, etc).

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

• Administers and troubleshoot IP global network; Configures core routers, Internet links, administer BGP sessions and IP traffic
• Creates network diagrams and documentation for the IP network
• Manages firewalls, sets security restrictions, upgrades ACLs and permissions, reports issues and propose security improvements
• Performs periodic network scans, solves discovered vulnerabilities, reports results, proposes security improvements
• Responsible for monitoring, follow-up, solving and escalation of the internal technical trouble tickets according with the existing procedures
• Responsible for the network monitoring activities and escalation of the problems to the appropriate persons
• IT technical support – the point of contact for any IT technical issue in the company
• Install servers, network equipment, personal computers, laptops, printers and other IT devices
• Administer users’ accounts according to procedures in place
• Approves Windows updates and solves incompatibilities
• Administer application servers, creates backups and troubleshoots incidents
• Administer application servers, creates backups and troubleshoots incidents (Solomon, Mediatel, Charisma, Antivirus, Video Surveillance, Control Access, Navision, Lansweeper, GLPI, OTRS, etc)
• Keeps up to date the antivirus server and clients, defines and monitors periodic scans, creates periodic reports
• Manages Email Systems, configures, administers and monitors email servers. Creates backup procedures for email. Improves promotional email processing
• Administer SAN and NAS solutions, creates proper documentation and disaster recovery plan
• Ensures that operations and equipment are in compliance with applicable policies, procedures and rules
