| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
QUALIFICATION
Extensive knowledge of oilfield services, equipment, and Geosciences Answer Products
Must have completed Post Secondary education in a Geology, Geophysics, or Engineering Degree.
2nd degree in Marketing/Business Management is a plus.
Competitor product knowledge and SWOT analysis of them.
Excellent management skills
Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills
Excellent coordination and organizational skills
Constructive attitude.
EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCE
Essential:
Must have relevant experience in formation evaluation business, ideally with wireline including operational knowledge of the business.
Extensive sales experience, preferably in a management role .
Must be an excellent communicator and be comfortable to work in a range of Clients
Must have a demonstrated knowledge of wireline contracts / pricing structures etc
Essential to have strong communication skills, along with an ability to work in a team environment, as well as an ability to work unsupervised and exercise initiative to resolve potential problems.
Understanding of financial information (P&L etc)
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop marketing plans, business plans, sales strategies, and action plans for identified targets of opportunity that clearly define objectives, goals, schedules, and action assignments for the Wireline Business Unit.
Analyze and define the market for the Black Sea to determine product growth within those functional areas.
Provide market intelligence for competitor market share, direction, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities to exploit them.
Maintain personal contact with key customers and documented with Client Visit Review forms.
Resolve customer complaints regarding service, product, or personnel.
Increase revenue for Geosciences products for client base.
Resolve invoicing disputes & improve revenue stream.
Develop pricing strategies by functional Country.
Increase market to include new client base.
Promote the companys portfolio of products and service.
Organize marketing opportunities to promote the products, services and Geosciences abilities.
Secure long term contracts and establish stable revenue stream.
