QA Tester

The QA Tester for Interfaces will be responsible for software tests on Interfaces between Merchandise and Customer related systems, like Merchandise Management Systems or Customer File Management.
Further contents:
- Build and perform manual test cases for assigned interfaces;
- Gather knowledge on all applications involved in the business flow;
- Use the Mercury Quality Center as the main platform for test execution and test documentation;
- Create/Run test scripts and analyze the results;
- Perform environments checking according to Quality Assurance standards.

min 2 years experience with test methodology and tools
database knowledge (SQL)
familiar with Unix AND Windows
test experience in integration surroundings
good written and spoken English

Nice to have
scripting knowledge (perl, sh) for test automation
programming experience (e.g. Java)
XML knowledge
knowledge about messaging and transactions
WebSphere MQ Series knowledge
