QA Engineer for Requirements Tracking and Functional Support

We are looking for a Support Engineer that will track requirements from draft version to implementation, analyze the requirements along with the customer, create user stories based on the requirements, help in developing and execution of test cases. You would also be responsible for managing any problems reported by customers.

Requirements:
•Good analytical skills that would help in acquiring the knowledge of how an application works and what are the major functionalities
•Good presentationtrailing skills
•Root cause analysis knowledge
•Software development lifecycle
•Testing process and related activities
•Previous testing job or Quality Assurance related in a software development company for at least 4 years
