PROJECT MANAGER - New Product Introduction in Automotive Industry

- Technical University Degree in Mechanics;
- one or more years experience in Engineering in an automotive company;
- one or more years experience in projecty management - new product introduction (NPI);
- knowledge of CATIA V5;
- advanced knowledge of English or German (German is an advantage).

- responsible for all project management activities related to implementation of new projects in production;
- planning, implementation and optimization of manufacturing methods and plans;
- plan and track the project milestones;
- lay out preparation;
- change process management;
- planning all the resources necessary for achieving SOP in time;
- continuous communication with customer in order to ensure that all customer requirements are known and fulfilled;
- set up the rump up plan for new product SOP;
- knowledge of control plan, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, problem solving, 8D (6 Sigma knowledge is an advantage);
- plans and controls the project R&D budget to meet the project's financial targets;
- support the project in the serial production phase.
