P Range Area Manager (Production Area Coordinator)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• At least bachelor degree in technical field (Mechanics, Electromechanics, Electrotechnics).

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Must have technical and technological knowledge.
• Advanced knowledge: Office applications, Lotus Notes, Priority, technical design.
• Excellent abilities of communication in English and Romanian.

The Production Department of Cummins in Craiova, Romania has an opening for a P Range Area Manager. You will be responsible for coordinating the production activity in the P range workshops: Preparing coils, Packing and Coiling.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• To ensure the risk level evaluation for performing the activities of the group coordinated securely, to manage the materials with pollution risk according to ISO 14001 and to environmental management internal norms into force, to apply the specific ISCIR technical prescriptions and the internal norms on the entire area of responsibility.
• To be responsible for the entire process measurement (OTD report per work centre), identifying the blocking and coordinating the activities improvement, as well as for maintaining and improving the quality standards (RFT), supported by the quality department representatives according to the AQ documents.
• To analyse periodically the deviation from the repetitive quality norms together with the Production Director and the service quality representatives and to establish measures for eliminating them.
• To coordinate the daily activities according to the job description: internal communication, to inform the direct chief of any malfunction or possible deviation and together to establish the necessary corrective measures, to realise the work allocation, to synchronize the production flow for ensuring the tasks realization, to manage the working hours, the overtime, the recuperation hours, the leave hours and the holidays.
