Responsibilities:
- OMC settings and parameters Audit application responsible
- 60% Application Development activity
- 40% Application Maintenance
- Maintenance & support of the OMC settings Audit application
- Main point of contact with the French end users in analyzing the production incidents and problems
- Responsible of planning the fix / correction delivery date and installation in Production
- Responsible of implementing the fix / corrections on production
- Responsible of the project delivery and follow-up using the customer process
- Responsible of the global QoS of the application
- Responsible of the correction time in the respect of SLA
- Interaction with the AM manager and reporting about the incidents backlog.
- Responsible of the OMC parameter testing and production implementation (5 installations a year)
