| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Bachelor¹s degree plus at least 4 years of work experience in a challenging sourcing role
• Must be able to create, implement, and execute against a plan, but also deal with tactical requirements
• Must have exceptional communication skills
• Works well in a team environment, but act independently.
• Develops solid relationships with customers and members of other departments.
• Ability to work flexible hours and larger amounts of travel, based on business need
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Key Responsibilities
• Monitors client training requirements and places strategic relationships in place with appropriate suppliers
•Takes specific requirements from the client and either places business with an existing vendor, or sources additional vendors
• Obtains learning services from vendors by negotiating best price while considering product quality, vendor reliability and urgency of need
•Learning services market trends; interviews and recommends vendors
•Solicits bids, analyzes quotes and selects or provides recommendation for vendor
•Develops new supply sources when vendors and suppliers are inadequate
•Resolves issues with vendors involving delivery, quality, invoicing, etc.
•Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve variety of issues
•Passes vendor details to Learning Administration teams
•Approves payment of invoices
•Follows up and resolves outstanding issues and invoices.
•Defines contracts in compliance with client¹s requirements.
•Communicates via e-mail, voice, and face-to-face with Account Team and events/sessions sponsor on progress and/or issues.
•Identifies and resolves any learning event issues relating to invoicing and payments.
•Assures service provided for the processing of all requirements is done within the parameters of our Service Level Agreements.
•May be required to work flexible schedule, as needed.
