| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Experience in a similar position
- Efficiency in Java language and technologies
- J2EE framework solid background
- Experience with web applications architecture and development
- Knowledge in JSF/JSP, web services, java persistence (JPA, Hibernate), JUnit, JBoss, Struts, JasperReports, Ant/Maven, CVS/SVN
- Databases and SQL (Oracle / Microsoft Sql Server)
- Experience with OOP, UML and design patterns
- Good knowledge of English language; Italian language is a plus
