Inside Sales Representative

For you to be suited for this position, you should have:

• a university degree
• proficiency in German, preferably in French and English, also
• minimum 1 year experience in customer care
• a habit of negotiation and problem solving
• well developed computer skills ( especially Ms Office suite)

Main responsabilities, inside the office:

Services worldwide customers, including: entering orders, delivery schedules, status reports
Follows the inside sales processes, in order to assure client satisfaction
Coordinates customer requirements with production schedules
Serves as liaison between customers with special requests or problems and appropriate UAC personnel.
Facilitates proper resolution of customer complaints or rejections.
