Inside Sales Manager

For you to be suited for this position, you should have:

• a university degree, preferably in management or international studies
• minimum 5 years experience in customer care
• minimum 3 years experience in coordinating people
• a habit of negotiation and problem solving
• well developed computer skills ( especially Ms Office suite)
• proficiency in English, preferably in German also

Main responsabilities:
Supervises the inside sales processes, in order to assure client satisfaction.
Manages the inside sales representatives' activity.
Coordinates customer requirements with production schedules and UAC lead times.
Demonstrates flexibility in scheduling priorities.
Services customers, including: quotations, orders, delivery schedules, status reports such as milestone charts, and product questions.
Serves as liaison between customers with special requests or problems and appropriate UAC personnel.
Facilitates proper resolution of customer complaints or rejections.
