CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Technical Unviersity degree
English is mandatory, at a medium- advanced level
Knowledge in Windows adminstration and previous experience in help desk area
Network knowledge, server administration, data base administration is a plus
The suitable candidate has to be a very comunicative person, able to understand IT issues and to deal with customer complains, eager to learn and to develope in this area
The perfect candidate has to be able to manage different tasks in the same time, to be stress resistant and responsible
