CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in an administrative/client relations field
- Good telephone manner
- Very good verbal and written English skills
- Work on own initiative as well as a team
- Create and maintain relationships with colleagues within the company
- Work to deadlines
- Ability to write accurate responses to clients in letter, email and word format
- Ability to calculate most employee calculations such as salary sacrifice, net and gross
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Word
- Attitude which reflects getting things “right first time”
- Passionate attention to detail in all aspects of the role
- Ability to use own initiative and priorities workload in a cool, calm and collected way

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Completion of daily administration tasks, new joiner pack, invoicing and filing
- Answer phone and email enquiries and proactively manage these on a daily basis
- Support In-House Account Manager on specific client processes and administration tasks
- Respond to our client’s employee within 24 hours with either a full resolution or the timescale for completion
- Providing system support to our clients employees
- Ensure that all tasks are fully tracked to completion
- Carryout simple system enhancements to our clients reward platform
- Liaise with other teams, such as Product Support and Implementation
- Identify own training needs with line manager and attend all relevant training arranged
