Head of Sales Department

Requirements :
- University degree in business management (or similar)
- At least 3-5 years experience in the field of active sales on the Romanian market, mainly in the construction sector.
- Good knowledge of at least one foreign language - English or Russian.
- Managerial experience in managing staff.
- Responsibility, discipline, commitment
- Driver's license and the ability to travel around the country.
- Experience in negotiating with clients as well as the VIP customers.

Duties :
- Conducting active sales
- Constant increase of sales volumes
- Active search for new customers.
- Constant increase and maintainance of customer base
- Ambitions for the increasing of the Romanian market share
- Deep knowledge of situation about every client (especially V.I.P.), every manager.
- Monitoring of managers through the reporting system
- Management of sales team, aiming to increase customer base, increase sales and profits
