CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- University Degree – Technical field
- Knowledge regarding quality policies
- Fluency in German and / or English
- Computer literacy
- Technical design knowledge
- Experience in Automotive industry is a plus

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Organizes the Fault Elimination Team activity
- Responsible for reaching the quality targets realized by his team
- Responsible for monitoring the reached target
- Responsible for the personnel administration of his team
- Responsible for the coordination of FMEA activity
- Responsible for removing errors that occur during production process
- Implements measures that eliminate mistakes
- Watches over the efficiency of these measures
- Investigates causes of errors and takes immediate actions regarding the client’ s reclamations
- Communicates the noncompliances to the superiors
