•Fluency in Arabic is a must – both speaking and writing
•Advanced English speaking and writing skills

We offer a junior role in our call centre, offering customer support to consumers around the globe.
The Jr CSR position means:
•Validate orders received online from customers all over the world
•Take new orders over the phone
•Answer questions, assist customers in choosing the product that best suits their calling needs
•Troubleshoot technical issues reported by our customers
Hiring date is set to March 1st!
As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility is to answer calls from Nobel customers in a professional manner, with focus on both efficiency and quality.
