CA Software Analyst

- Bachelors Degree or equivalent;
- 1-3 years experience in an IT environment;
- Strong understanding of logic, coding and database structure;
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently;
- Proven ability to remain flexible in a changing environment;
- Good knowledge of programming language and Web technology such as PERL, PHP, JAVA, XML, (X)HTML,JAVASCRIPT;
- Knowledge of additional languages such as .NET, ASP, C# is an asset;
- Good knowledge of SQL database language;
- Knowledge of one or more CA Unicenter applications is an advantage;
- Fluent writing and speaking skills in English.

This position is responsible for the add-on development and maintenance of Stefanini CA Unicenter applications and others web based application.

The duties of the CA Analyst will include:

- Maintain and administer in house CA applications supporting our MSP and SaaS clients as well as internal operations;
- Design, code, test and maintain internal/external web application;
- Write and maintain up-to-date documentation;
- Respect Stefanini procedures in terms of Change Management process and Service Level Agreement;
- Make recommendations for service improvements;
- Provide technical consulting as needed;
- Assist in analyzing end-user needs and develop solutions.
