Automation Engineer (Carei)

- University degree in Automation and Computer Sciences; with Automation, Automatics specialization
- Relevant experience in PLCs Siemens , Omron , Lenze , Mitsubishi , Eaton (Moeller)
- Firm knowledge in PLCs, SCADA systems, Ethernet , Profibus, and Profinet , Modbus , Mbus industrial communications ;
- A very good command of Step5 , Step7 , Step7 Microwin , ProTool , WinccFlex , DriveMonitor , Starter , WinCC , GX Developer programs
- Experience in electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic drives
- Knowledge of design in the field of electrical engineering with ePlan programs, WSCad, Engineering Base
- Knowledge in commissioning and maintaining of continuous power converters and alternative power converters
- Experience in developing complex automation projects;
- Very good English and/or German Skills

- Ensures the proper functioning of automations systems
- Ensures the maintenance activities of these systems
- Controls and is responsible for maintaining the perfect functioning of machines, equipments and installations
- Manages the process and production parameters, and saves them in the SCADA system
- Analyzes the causes of problems related to electronics, pneumatics, and hydraulics, which affect the equipments on the production site, their effects and takes measures to remedy these issues
- Troubleshoot, service as well as design and execution of electric drive panels
- Commissioning of new automated equipment and optimization of these to increase efficiency
- Rapid intervention in case of electrical defects in order to restore the equipments, and put them back into operation as shortly as possible
