| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Unix administrator:
* Certified in Red Hat / Sun Solaris Administrator desired
* Practical experience from virtualization on Unix. (RHEL 5.x & Solaris)
* System administration
* Storage management in Unix environment .
* Access management in Unix environment
* Knowledge of zones, file systems, OS patching, Veritas Volume Manager, SVM
* Capacity management
* Event Management (analyze alerts and logs)
* Handle incident (Create, update and maintain Knowledge base articles)
* Handle incident (Knowledge transfer to Service Desk (via Support KB))
* Incident handling
* Problem resolution
* Root Cause Analysis
* Initiate, assess, test, verify, document and quality assure system updates
* Create and implement change requests for incidents/problems as needed
* Attend change meetings as required and discuss technical aspects with approver
* Verify that no new issues have occurred after production update
* Deploy & Provide (Deployment)
* Manage Service Delivery (execute direct orders, respond to standard requests)
