| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Account payable experience – 5 years
Management/supervisory experience in excess of minimum 3 years
Proven people leadership and motivational skill
Outstanding Oral and written communication skill in English
Working experience/knowledge in travel industry are preferable
Working knowledge of using MS Office package
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsible for the deployment of Account Payable resources, covering group markets ensuring development and succession planning is in place
Ensure high level of service delivery to all suppliers and G2 travel Sales offices within the agreed time frame
Ensure best Account payable operations practice and processes are in the place at all Time
Oversees communication/negotiation with internal departments/Suppliers in order to control profitability level and increase margins where possible in line the department budget
Ensure a positive and professional image of the department and Company at all times
Prepare reporting for the Office Manager
