JOB DESCRIPTION
Varied responsibilities, including but not limited to checking in and checking out guests, making/canceling reservations, assisting arriving/departing guests with any queries or questions, room allocations, taking payments via cash, cheque and cards, cashing up and banking at the end of shifts; other general administration duties.
Various shifts including some weekends
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
You will possess a flexible approach to work, excellent organization skills, good communication skills and a professional manner.
No previous hotel experience required
