Project Manager Operations

Completed university or equivalent degree, entrepreneurial spirit, initiative, cultural sensitivity, (French speaking is an advantage but not a sine qua non condition) and an enthusiasm to be part of a young team working in a fast growing environment.

Managing various projects within GoCongo. Their specific nature may vary from running a brick manufacturing business, to starting up a poultry farm or completing the feasibility of entering the mineral water business. It is expected that each manager assumes full managerial responsibility ensuring stable day to day operations as well as continuously improving performance. (S)he is required to gain an in-depth understanding of this industry and establish strong relations with key suppliers as well as our key-account managers. Project managers are likely to cooperate very closely with GoCongo Foundation.

• Supplying services and products to the fast growing local mining industry as well as developing and operating large commercial farms (GoCongo Entreprises)
• Operating and developing a professional training Institute in Katanga's capital Lubumbashi and school projects throughout the province (GoCongo Foundation)
