If you have:

... basic knowledge of Hosting and Domains fields;
... genuine interest in the IT field;
... exceptional analytical capability and problem solving skill;
... the ability to switch tasks and prioritize correctly;
... orientation towards the quality, efficiency and result of a request;
... very good communication as well as presentation skills and a great team player;
... fluency in English (both written and spoken).

Would be a plus:

... previous experience on a similar position;
... Bachelor degree in Computer Science.

What will you do?

You will….

... assist end-users, channel partners, and salespeople with selection of our products;
... be familiar with list price and packages 1&1 is selling;
... understand market position of our products and competitive positioning;
... provide customers technical informations regarding our products;
... make suggestions, if requested by clients, of the best solutions for their project;
... build relationships with our user community and convert to customers those who have a real need for vendor backed support.
... clearly transmit/sort the information from our clients to our technical team, if needed.
And, most of all, you will be a part of our young and dynamic team.
