Sales Engineer IEC
General:We are constantly seeking for talents to assist our company's fast and profitable growth in a very competitive market. We expect you to be result and goal oriented and to work under your own initiative to direct and control all sales activities in various regions of Romania.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Regional Channel Manager, responsible to develop business through specification/prescription work at existing or new customers. Responsible for the whole chain from identifying a new project throughout prescription work and ending up to close the deal. Your customers are OEM's, Panel builders, System integrators and end-users.
- With the help of field product management visit customers and promote existing/new products, providing technical support and instructions and participating to Sales exhibitions.
- Gather and share product and market information with product managers and application engineers.
- Participate in weekly reviews (QMI) with Sales leaders to report out volume and market information.
- Manage customer relationship according to the rules of the company and increase customer satisfaction through 6 Sigma.
- Technical degree (Engineering, Electrical Engineering)
- 3+ years experience selling electrical products/services in similar markets
- High level of personal drive to improve the GE presence in the market
- Demonstrated planning and execution skills
- Demonstrated ability to grow a customer base.
- High-energy team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Proven previous experience in dealing with all level of people at customers, ability to make an impact on company leaders.
- Fluent English, written and spoken + Romanian language
- Presentation skills
