Job description:

• Association and cooperation with the Head office in Hungary, Budapest
• Cooperation with the CEO in Hungary
• Control over the office, the scope of activities
• Build a stabil team
• Keep the office, its actions under control
• Have an operational and strategic plan, ideas
• Handling and expansion of the already existing clientportfolio

Job requirements:

• University or College degree in Management
• At least 2 years experience in a CEO position
• Fluency in English
• Hungarian is an advantage

Personality:

• Definitely strong people management skills
• Solid analytical and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Team oriented, hands-on management style
• Strong ability to coach and transfer knowledge to others
• Should be able to work independent and in team, to be responsible for others work
