SFM Group is looking for suitable candidates for the full-time position of:

Country Business Development Manager - Romania

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing country sales initiatives to achieve business goals
• Securing new distribution partners (IFA's, banks, stock-brokers, etc.)
• Servicing of current partners
• Planning and support of sales efforts
• Training and motivation of distributors
• Cooperation with other entities of the company

We require:

• Proven track record in a similar position in Romania; experience in cooperation with IFA's preferred
• High interpersonal and presentation skills, ability to work under stress
• User knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Power Point and Excel
• Fluent Rumanian, good command in English (written and spoken)
• University education preferred
• Driving license
