Job Description
| This role is responsible for: |
- Leading the technical resolution through knowledge in platform design and development.
- Perform 2nd level & 3rd level support to all customers' infrastructure and develop solutions to stabilize customer environments.
- Achievement of a high level of customer satisfaction.

| Job Requirements: |
- Written and spoken English, additional foreign language is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Lotus Domino server & Lotus Notes client.
- Knowledge of Sametime 3.0 and Quickplace is an advantage.
- Communication Skills.
- Customer and service orientation.
- Ability to operate well in an international environment, multicultural environment.
- Responsiveness and flexibility, Teamwork skills, High motivation.
- 16/7 or 24/7 shift environment (including nights, weekends and holidays).
