- Preparation and qualification of Welding Procedure Specification.
Trained and certify as NDT Level II to perform MT and UT examinations.
Performing of NDT examination according to the reference Code (AWS D1.1-2000).
Apparatus: Magnaflux -yoke method (MT); Krautkramer USM 25 DAC Lemo(UT).
Elaboration of PCS’s (Process Control Sheet) and UT examination procedure.
Keeping an electronic evidence of all control of NDT examination reports.

Inspection in gas pipelines construction: audit the technical work procedures of Subcontractor worked out according to Halliburton Co’s specifications; checking the work construction in all its stages : trenching, welding, lowering, crossing, hydro test; audit the permits of personnel qualified (welders, operators of NDT laboratory) and quality certificates of materials; auditing the keeping in site of welding parameters into the ranges specified by welding procedure specification; checking the radiograph films of all the welded joints and the interpretation according to API 1104 Standard (flow line) and ASME B31.3 (well-head) and liquid penetrate inspection; auditing of all records refer to the inspection work; elaboration of construction handbook.
