Product Responsible Person for the MacroMedia DreamWeaver and IDM Ultra Edit HTML Editors as well as for the Altova XML Spy XML Editor. Prepared Tasks, Responsibilities and Competences for handling these products. Product Responsible Person for the Rational Rose UML Modelling Tool as well as for the Borland JBuilder Java Integrated Development Environment ( IDE ). Handled 3rd Level Support Issues for Rational Rose and JBuilder Products. Product Responsible Person for the Concurrent Versions System ( CVS ) Version Control System used on a Production Server at Credit Suisse to Record the History of Source Files in Projects. Generated Product Catalogues for CVS and for the products listed above containing important Technical and Support Information for these Products as well as describing their known User Bases. Used Microsoft Excel and FrontPage Applications extensively to Generate various Pivot Tables and Graphs of specific Product Statistics for the Products described above and to display this Information on our Product Web Site. Important Skills used for the above Tasks in Data Warehouse are: know-how in the Oracle Environments Oracle 9i and 10g as well as PowerCenter Staging, specialized knowledge of UNIX Technologies, SQLplus Scripts and Solaris Packages. 1. Care este cea mai mare realizare personala de pana acum?

Am fost o persoana cheie la Credit Suisse, in sensul ca am lucrat in paralel la foarte multe proiecte si cu foarte multe persoane. Realizarile mele profesionale deriva din Proiectele care le-am organizat si condus la bun sfarsit, dar si din faptul ca am invatat cum sa lucrez si sa comunic eficient cu colegii si sub-alternii mei astfel incit eforturile mari pe care le-am facut impreuna sa le para omenesti si placute.

2. Care este cel mai mare esec profesional de pana acum?

Nu am avut pana acum foarte multe esecuri profesionale. Daca ar fi ceva de notat, as spune ca cel mai mare esec profesional pentru mine pana acum a fost ca mi-am pus uneori prea multa incredere si buna-vointa in ceilalti si am fost dezamagit de multe ori in privinta asta.

3. Unde va vedeti peste 5 ani?

Vreau sa evoluez in cariera mea in Informatica, pe una din urmatoarele doua Career Paths:
1. Senior Manager pentru o echipa de Dezvoltare Software sau Support, sau:
2. Senior Consultant pentru o echipa de Dezvoltare
Software sau diverse Optimizari in Aplicatii existente deja pe piata IT.

4. Care este cel mai mare vis pe care-l aveti? Care este idealul dumneavoastra in cariera?

Visul meu este sa-mi pot dezvolta si urma cariera mea in IT in Romania, adica sa-mi pot atinge potentialul maxim in tara mea Romania, in cariera mea in Informatica, ori ca Senior Consultant, or ca Senior Manager sau Director in citiva ani, la o firma IT puternica din Romania.

5. Care este jobul care credeti ca vi s-ar potrivi cel mai bine?

Orice Job in Informatica care este interesant si are de-a face cu Oamenii si cu Management-ul Firmei la care lucrez. As putea sa aleg ambele variante pentru cariera mea, si pentru Specialist Track, si pentru Management Track, pentru ca am aptitudini pentru amindoua.

6. Descrieti compania ideala in care ati dori sa lucrati?

Doresc sa lucrez intr-o companie solida cu multi ani de proven experience, cum se spune in Engleza, si sa ma inteleg bine cu colegii mei intr-o atmosfera de bunastare, umor cind este nevoie, dar in acelasi timp si multa munca si randament pentru progrese mici zilnice si progrese mari pe termen lung.

7. Care este departamentul in care doriti sa lucrati ( aveti dreptul la o singura alegere )? Explicati de ce credeti ca sunteti potrivit si de ce ati facut aceasta alegere!

Evident, doresc sa lucrez in Departamentul IT. Daca toata Firma este de IT, atunci nu ma voi limita numai la un singur Departament in optiunile mele, pentru ca am cunostinte vaste in Informatica si m-as putea acomoda cu mai multe discipline in IT. Conditia este sa ma simt bine cu colegii mei de munca si sa-mi placa Proiectele din Departamentul respectiv si sa fie ceva interesant.

8. Detaliati personalitatea dumneavoastra ( hobbyuri, aspiratii, ce va motiveaza, stil de viata si lucru, etc ).
