Main responsabilities:
- Suppliers management: negotiations concerning purchasing conditions with the internal and external suppliers - products and services as well as administrative products/services for business needs;
- Conclude new and follow up existing frame agreements (approved suppliers), ensure that qualified suppliers are identified;
- Strengthen communication with Sales Departments in order to define Supply Chain strategies and find out effective procurement opportunities;
- Ensure the correct procurement processes are in place for each acquisition: a written agreement accepted by both parties is signed, use of the approved suppliers, ensure the right price and conditions are obtained (business/procurement), the required management and procurement approvals are obtained, limit the commercial risks;
- Responsible for the improvement of the Purchasing activity in order to achieve Savings Target sets, permanently control and initiate measures in case of plan variance;
- Delivering the Monthly Savings Reports to Supply Chain Manager EE;
- Approved and monitoring all purchase orders and deliveries (equipments/ service parts and administrative products): transportation, import, reception of goods, bookkeeping, delivery and invoicing to client;
- Team leader for each Inventory: preparing Inventory Report, sending for approval to Financial Manager;
- Management of the employees from Supply Chain Department (1 Purchasing Officer, 1 Stock Keeper, 1 Logistic Specialist, 1 Invoicing Responsible);
Realizari: Main achievements:
- Implement and ensure DOA/SOX process in purchasing activity ( approx. 8.5 mioEur annual spend);
- Increase the percentage of using preffered (Global Agreements) suppliers from 53% to 85%;
- Implementing inventory accuracy procedures;
- Improve stock activity and decrease percentage of inventory unconformities from 5% to 0.8%;
- Establish set of procedures in order to define Approved Supplier and ensure that each of them is annually evaluated;
- Achieve/exceeding savings target with more than 20%. (Total annual savings 80kEur).
