• Performing business cases, competitive analysis SWOT in order to identify local changes in the market, drawing up conclusions, indicating opportunities and threats, identifying new market trends, being pro-active in accordance with long term business growth
• Pricing positioning, forecast, commercial conditions for the products in my portfolio
• Strong collaboration with other departments (sales, technic, logistics) in order to prepare promotional campaigns that increase customer loyalty for the brand
• Maintains the relations with all the external partners: advertising agency, printing house, promotional material suppliers
• Monitored results and reported monthly on the company status and performance, against plans and objectives and proposed actions to be taken
• Plan, manage, control and follow-up the marketing and communication budget
