Responsabilities:
·Manage all day to day operational, vendor management and client service related issues within the areas of responsibility, including procurement and sourcing, HVAC, electrical, generator, UPS, water distribution, life safety, fire services, security access control, computer room, precision A/C systems, space moves, and business continuity planning (BCP)
·Manage and administrate the facility budget
